Going forward, Moisa wants to keep the company on the same broad course &#8220;We have evolved with the tax environment, with our clients and with the business environment&#8221;. FMJ is no longer limited to Tartu or J\u00f5hvi but clients have found us all over Estonia.&#8221; The current challenging times in Estonia have given us the opportunity to be closer to our clients with our advice than ever before.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Under Moisa&#8217;s leadership, the company&#8217;s pay system was changed to a performance-based system in the same year. In the second quarter of 2020, FMJ O\u00dc was ranked 22nd in the \u00c4rip\u00e4ev ranking of accounting firms with an average gross salary of \u20ac1,390 per month. The company has 7 employees.    <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>FMJ offers a very modern accounting and financial management service, with a total of over 100 clients as of 2021. FMJ&#8217;s major clients are V Spa Hotel, Hotelliveeb, Estonian Prison Industry, Liisbet Invest, Agdeck, J\u00f5hvi Care Centre.<br\/>FMJ was established in 1998 in Tartu, the J\u00f5hvi office was opened in 2009. The J\u00f5hvi office now accounts for 60% of the company&#8217;s total turnover. In 2019, the company had a turnover of \u20ac237k and a profit of \u20ac24k. The average annual turnover growth for the last 5 years has been 13%.       <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>For every debit, there is a credit to
